The Design Process
Stage 1
Initial Consultation
We'll connect via email, over the phone, or through a video call to explore what you're envisioning. Lisa will chat with you about your preferences: the style, length, colours, and which gemstones feel right for your piece. If you have a specific stone in mind or if you'd like guidance on what different gemstones can offer, we're here to help. This collaborative approach makes sure your piece feels personal and truly unique to you.
Stage 2
Initial Sketches
Once Lisa has a clear sense of what you're after, she'll start sketching out some initial designs that bring your vision to life. These early concepts let you see your ideas taking shape on paper. From there, Lisa will work closely with you, refining the details until the design feels just right. A true reflection of your intention, ready to be brought to life as a beautiful piece of jewellery.
Stage 3
The Creation Comes to Life
Once the design is approved, things move into the hands-on stage. Lisa will handpick each gemstone, making sure everything aligns with your vision. Once all the materials are selected, she'll arrange the pieces and start bringing your design to life. You'll receive photo updates at this stage so you can see how your piece is coming together. Your feedback is always welcome to make sure every element feels just right and true to your unique piece.
Stage 4
Assembly
In the final stage, Lisa brings together all the chosen gemstones and precious elements into your finished piece of jewellery. Every detail is crafted with care, bringing your vision to life. Once complete, we'll share photos with you before carefully wrapping it in our custom hand-painted tissue paper. Then it's packaged and sent on its way to you.
