This year, each guest received a meditation bracelet featuring semi-precious gemstones inspired by the Sardinian landscape—earth, mountains, sun, sea, and sky. Lisa wrapped each one in hand-painted tissue paper with a matching handmade card, adding her signature touch of beauty and care. Throughout the retreat, the bracelets were woven into our meditation practice, becoming both a meaningful tool and a symbol of each guest’s transformation.

In the lead-up to every retreat, I collaborate closely with Lisa to design a new meditation mala that reflects my personal journey and intention as a teacher. This year, the inspiration was a vivid dream of a green dragon, representing profound change and inner courage. Lisa chose green jade for its symbolism of renewal, protection, and heart-led wisdom. The result is the most gorgeous mala I have ever worn, one that strengthens and supports me each day in both my practice and my teaching.
